Benedict Coulter is an award-winning editor and producer who co-founded and led one of Hollywood’s most highly respected creative agencies, Trailer Park. Benedict’s expertise goes far beyond editing and producing hundreds of trailers. His unique and trailblazing marketing and branding strategies have been integral to the success of some of the biggest motion pictures from Top Gun to Jurassic Park and Aquaman to The Batman. After being discovered by Steven Spielberg early in his career, Benedict quickly became a favorite among elite filmmakers. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Cannes Film Festival for his contribution to the motion picture industry. Collaborating with The Beatles for over twenty years, Benedict is passionate about music and always strives to explore innovative approaches, push the boundaries and challenge the traditional at every opportunity.
Max Carlson is an award-winning editor, film director, writer and musician. He’s edited some of the largest blockbuster trailers from Aquaman to Ready Player One, with nearly twenty years of experience in feature film advertising, garnering multiple Clio Key Art and Golden Trailer Awards. As a film director, he has directed commercials, shorts, and feature films, including the critically acclaimed Princess of the Row, Executive Produced by Morgan Freeman, featuring Martin Sheen, and available on MAX. His documentary Ninth November Night was shortlisted by the Oscars and his documentary Bhopali won top awards at the Slamdance Film Festival. With a passion for music-making, he’s produced music under the moniker Van Maximilian, reaching over a million streams.
After breaking drumsticks touring around the world for 10+ years, Los Angeles native Maurice Salmin found himself determined to pursue a career in motion picture advertising. He started working as a PA at the Refinery Creative, where he first met Benedict and Max. 8 years later, he is an award-winning editor/producer and co-owner of REBEL. Some past work includes editing the teaser for The Batman and Clio Key Art award winning trailer of Godzilla: King of Monsters. He is a graduate of CSUN in Cinema and Television Arts, written and directed music/product videos, and still drums whenever he can with DJs performing at shows and festivals.
Kyle McKinney is a dynamic creative director hailing from the Windy City. With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, he’s navigated the realms of theatrical, social/digital, home entertainment, and streaming advertising. He earned his stripes in previous roles as an assistant editor, music supervisor, copywriter, and producer. Kyle went on to orchestrate the creative development of awe-inspiring campaigns for renowned entertainment giants. Notably, his leadership on blockbuster hits such as Into the Spider-Verse, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Jordan Peele’s US and Cruella received accolades, including prestigious Clio and Golden Trailer Awards. Kyle lives in the city of Los Angeles with his wife and partner-in-crime, Jill, who motivates him to be the best version of himself.
